Amid the presence of more than 3,000 people, including a large number of Saudi, Gulf and Arab businessmen, the second Gulf-Turkish real estate exhibition, which was opened by Turkish Minister of Environment and Urban Planning Erdogan Bayrakdar, ended in Istanbul for 4 days, with the participation of more than 100 companies offering thousands of small and medium investment opportunities. Dr. Mohammed Mufreh, Chairman of the Founding Board of the OIC Real Estate Federation and Managing Director of Dalil Turkey Group, said: We are pleased to announce the launch of the first joint “real estate economic entity” by announcing the establishment of a Saudi-Turkish company worth 100 million dollars, of which Saudi investors have funded 50%, and an invitation has been extended to major Turkish investors to finance the other 50%, as the company's strategy is summarized in the investments of closed residential complexes in the Kingdom and aims to invest the great experience enjoyed by the Turks in this vital sector that finds great popularity in the Kingdom and the Arab Gulf countries.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, the second Gulf-Turkish Real Estate Forum was held, which targets the elite of Gulf and Arab businessmen and investors alike, and the forum is considered the basis for serving real estate investors and developers, and plays a key role in creating partnerships with long-term economic dimensions on the Gulf and Turkish sides, and discussion sessions and workshops will be held after the exhibition ends each day for 3-4 hours, and it should be noted that the first edition of this forum last year achieved a distinct Saudi and Gulf presence of more than 300 businessmen, investors and Saudi and Gulf developers.
