The Authority indicated that in-kind registration of real estate ends in the following neighborhoods in Al-Quwaiya Governorate in Riyadh: (Scheme No. 1077, Scheme No. 1051, Scheme No. 359, Al-Quwaiya Sheep Market, Industrial, Al-Faydah, Al-Zuhur, Scheme No. 1039, Scheme No. 985, Al-Awash, Umm Sariha, Al-Hazm, Scheme No. 517, Deira, Scheme No. 1045, Al-Jazeera, Al-Rabwa, Al-Salam, Scheme No. 638, Khalidiyah, Jafara Saadan, Scheme 1029) and registration ends in the following neighborhoods in Al-Rin Governorate: (Ashira, Al Muthannaah, Al Naqi'a, Al Wusta, Abliyah, Al Qara'a, Al Riffa, Al Wusta'a, Al Ammar, Al Ma'aizilah, Al Mu'tala'a, Najd, Old Rayn, Al Gharibiya, Al Safa, King Faisal, Al Yarmouk, King Fahd, Qubaiban, Al Firdous, Al Shamous, Al Fateh, Granada, Al Hanno, Al Rayaniya, Al Raja'a, Al Mu'ta'a, Al Hofuf, Al Shaifan) while registration will end for the following neighborhoods in Majmaa Governorate (Al Iskan, First Industrial, King Abdullah, Airport, Park, Yarmouk), and the first in-kind registration will end for the following neighborhoods in Aflaj Governorate: (Al Wahid, Al Izdihar, Prince Sultan, Al Andalus, Al Barqa, Al Bakr, Al Bakr, Al Municipality, Al Diras, Al Industrial, Al Taraf, Al Fahil, Al Faihaa, Al Muthanna, Al Qaisiyah, Al Marzooqiyah, Al Masareer, Al Mussafif, King Abdullah, Al Hilali, Al Wada'een, Al Worod, Umm Siriha, Khadra and Ashiran, Administrative East, Administrative West, Radio, and Al Ithmaa. The registration of the following neighborhoods in Buraydah, Qassim also ends: (part of West Buraydah, Northwest Buraydah, Al Aziziyah, part of Al Liwan, part of Al Qara'a, Al Bustan, Al Jadidat, part of Al Aqeeq, part of Al Ghammas, part of Granada, part of Al Basr, part of Khabb Rawdan, part of Al Malida, part of Al Saada, part of Southern Diras, West Buraydah, Al Tawasul, Al Hana'a, Al Hana'a, Al Muta'a, Part of the West Buraydah neighborhood. The Authority called on the owners of properties located within the neighborhoods to quickly register their properties through the real estate registry platform rer.sa before the registration period expires in order to benefit from the services of implementing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur in the property.
She explained that the Land Registry will issue a “property number” and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered, and the new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner's data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it; to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its key enablers.

The Authority emphasized that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties contained in the Real Estate Registration System, which is determined by a committee specialized in considering violations, and that requests for real estate registration continue in all declared areas even after the expiration of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.
It is noteworthy that the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) is tasked with implementing the establishment and management of the real estate registry in the Kingdom using modern technologies and geospatial data through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.
