The official spokesperson of the General Authority for Real Estate, Tayseer Al-Mufaraj, confirmed that regular procedures were taken against a practitioner in the real estate sector after he was observed offering opinions and expectations about real estate prices without obtaining the necessary legal license to practice real estate analysis activity. Al-Mufaraj pointed out via a tweet on the X platform that the Authority stresses the importance of all practitioners of real estate activities adhering to the applicable laws and regulations, and obtaining official licenses before practicing any activity in the real estate market, in order to protect the rights of dealers and ensure the transparency and credibility of the market.
