Recently announced laws and regulations, including the Dubai Municipality's new green building regulations, provide clear indications of the direction the industry should take to embrace sustainable construction across a range of sectors and applications. Together with FM Expo, the two new exhibitions will provide an important platform for discussion between regulators and the private sector, and access to new solutions and technologies.
The events will take place at the Dubai World Trade Center from May 19-21, 2014. In addition to exhibition activities, the events will also host a range of educational forums. The World FM Congress returns for its third year with the Middle East Waste Management & Recycling Expo, which hosts a specialized conference and a number of free on-site seminars.
