The Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing has issued an update to the Building Compliance Certificate, a document issued free of charge to building owners and usufruct owners, proving that buildings are compliant and free from visual distractions.

Building Compliance Certificate Application Date
The Ministry said that the application for the Building Compliance Certificate will start on September 15, through the Baladi application.
"Building Compliance Certificate” is a regulatory document issued by the municipality or municipality to building owners and usufruct owners for all buildings and facilities located on the streets specified in the geographical explorer of the Building Compliance Certificate in the Baladi application."
Conditions for issuing a building compliance certificate
Municipal Affairs explained that the issuance of the certificate requires specific criteria to ensure that these buildings meet the minimum visual distortion treatments, as stated in the updated guide for the issuance of the Building Compliance Certificate, which has a duration of 3 years.
Building Compliance Certificate is intended for a period of 3 years. The certificate aims to ensure that building owners and usufruct owners of buildings located on the streets specified in the geographical explorer of the Building Compliance Certificate do not introduce elements and components that violate the license, which contributes to reducing visual distortion in those buildings and improving the quality of the urban landscape in cities.
The certificate is issued in accordance with the updated manual of procedures for the issuance of the Building Compliance Certificate and has a duration of 3 years. The Building Compliance Certificate is issued directly for new buildings, with the issuance of the certificate of occupancy, and is available for all commercial, residential and government buildings.
