«الأراضي البيضاء» يدعو الملاك لتسجيل أراضيهم قبل 30 أكتوبر لتفادي الغرامات

البرنامج حذّر من غرامات قد تصل إلى 100%، ودعا الملاك للتسجيل عبر الموقع قبل 30 أكتوبر 2025.
